11. Purchase of Vouchers

a) You can place an order for a voucher on our website using the “Vouchers” form on the website.

b) In order to be able to process your request, we ask you to provide personal data in our input mask. This includes your name as well as your e-mail address, a telephone number, the billing and delivery address and further information such as the subject of your inquiry and your message text.

This information enables us to respond to your request and to start the voucher process. The communication of the data provided by you in this context is expressly on a voluntary basis but is necessary in order to be able to carry out the voucher order.

c) The personal data transmitted to us from your above-mentioned details as well as the time of contacting us will be used exclusively for the purpose of issuing the voucher and billing. Your payment data will not be collected via the website but will be disclosed to us by our bank transfer. These data are stored by us for the period of the legal storage obligation and deleted thereafter.

12. Social-Media-Links and Third-Party Service

a) We currently use the following social media links on our website: Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor. We use only a https-link to the relevant site. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the Social Media.
